We all know that the best tasting food can only be made with high quality ingredients, which is why we ensure that all of the ingredients that go into our cakes are only of the highest quality, many of which are organic.
We use free range eggs, organic butter, organic citrus fruits, fair trade coffee and quality jams and liqueurs.
Chocolate
Having started making our cakes with Belgian chocolate, we wanted to find a chocolate with amazing flavour and that was ethically sourced. We are now delighted to be using chocolate from award winning local company, Montezuma’s, in all our chocolate cakes and fillings.
Frequently asked questions
Can I have a different flavour cake in each tier?
Absolutely! Our most popular combination is summer lemon, rich chocolate truffle cake and moist carrot cake.
How long will my cake keep if I have some left over?
If you are lucky enough to have some cake left over, most of our flavours will freeze beautifully.
Do we have to have marzipan as we don’t like it?
Depending on the cake design, we generally only use marzipan with fruit cake.

Dark chocolate truffle cake with a choice of:
dark chocolate truffle filling, white chocolate truffle filling, baileys truffle filling, chocolate orange truffle filling, fair trade espresso butter cream.
Baked New York style cheesecake – available in a range of flavours on request
Summer lemon cake – moist lemon drizzle cake with lemon curd butter cream and optional limoncello liqueur.
Moist carrot cake made with juicy sultanas, walnuts and orange butter cream filling.
Madagascan vanilla sponge with filling of your choice.
Toffee apple and ginger cake – a really sticky cake with a hint of ginger
