As a flavour focused Cake Company, we are delighted to receive such amazing feedback on the flavour and texture of our cakes.

We are proud to include a number of chefs amongst our client list. 

Having spent 11 years perfecting our recipes and baking techniques, we create the lightest of sponges with sublime flavour combinations and silky buttercream fillings.

We only use the finest Belgian chocolate couverture, English butter, free range local eggs, homemade syrups and curds and natural flavour extracts.

We regularly make vegan cakes and cakes with gluten free ingredients also.

Vanilla Bean
Vanilla bean butter sponge with vanilla bean Swiss meringue buttercream and raspberry, strawberry or blackcurrant conserve.

Sicilian Lemon
Zesty lemon sponge with a fresh lemon and limoncello syrup, vanilla and lemon scented Swiss meringue butter cream and lemon curd.

Champagne & Strawberry
Light butter sponge infused with marc de champagne syrup with marc de champagne Swiss meringue buttercream and strawberry conserve.

Belgian Chocolate
Rich Belgian chocolate sponge with dark Belgian chocolate ganache or chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream. Also available with espresso, salted caramel and vanilla, chocolate orange or Baileys buttercream filling.

Belgian Chocolate & Hazelnut Praline
Rich Belgian chocolate sponge with a light Belgian chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream and crunchy hazelnut praline.

Raspberry White Chocolate
Fresh raspberry and vanilla bean sponge infused with Chambord syrup and white chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream.

Salted Caramel
Caramel sponge made with buttermilk with caramel Swiss meringue buttercream and a layer of salted caramel.

Pistachio sponge with rose syrup, lemon scented Swiss meringue buttercream and fresh raspberries.

Carrot
Moist carrot cake with walnuts, rum soaked sultanas and citrus syrup with lemon Swiss meringue buttercream.

Creamed coconut sponge with lime syrup and fresh lime and coconut cream filling.

Spiced Toffee Apple

Icings & Cake Finishes

Our cakes are finished with Swiss meringue buttercream, chocolate ganache or a thin layer of rolled sugar paste. Both buttercream and sugarpaste finishes may be coloured to closely match any colour you wish.

We colour all icing ourselves to ensure a close colour match.

Rolled sugarpaste iced cakes have a coating of white or dark chocolate ganache under the icing to ensure a perfectly smooth finish and sharp edges to the cake.
